Eligibility:
Serves those who have lived or worked in Nassau County for at least six months and are willing to partner with others for input of at least 300 hours of sweat equity hours. Must establish a need for adequate housing and prove ability to pay back loan. Additional requirements exist surrounding household income and credit score.
