Provides outpatient behavioral and mental health services for children (infant to adolescents) and their families. Specializations include anxiety, depression, grief, issues arising from abuse, post traumatic stress disorder and suicidal thoughts.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 07:30 am-07:00 pm, Friday: 07:30 am-05:00 pm.

Intake Process:

Call for an initial phone screening and appointment.

Program Fees:

Accepts most major insurance including Medicaid. A sliding scale is available.

Languages:

English and Spanish.

Eligibility:

Serves residents of Duval County age 4 through high school graduation.
