Hours:
Monday-Friday: 08:00 am-05:00 pm.

Call to schedule an appointment.
Program Fees:
Income-based sliding scale available.
Languages:
English and Spanish.
Eligibility:
Serves residents of Nassau County with a household income at or below 200 percent FPL.
