Provides crisis intervention for youth and a complete risk assessment to determine if a crisis stabilization unit is needed, as well as other related recommendations. A behavioral health case manager assists with referrals and coordination to address the need for other services.
Hours:
24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Serves residents of St. Johns County age 25 and younger experiencing a mental health crisis.
