Description:
Provides medically supervised facility for adolescents ages 13 to 17 who are actively using alcohol or drugs. The length of stay varies between two to five day, allowing medical and clinical staff to conduct full assessment of the child and determine the best substance abuse treatment level and method for continuing care.
Hours:
Monday-Friday: 08:00 am-05:00 pm.

Program Fees:
Accepts most major forms of insurance, including Medicaid. Income based sliding scale available.
Languages:
English and Spanish.
Eligibility:
Adolescents residing in Serves youth and adults residing in Baker, Clay, Columbia, Duval, Hamilton, Nassau, Putnam, Saint Johns, and Suwannee counties.
