Provides detoxification services for people who have a physical dependency on an opiate or opioid substance. Offer comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehab options to adults, and inpatient detox and medication-assisted treatment for adolescents.

Hours:

24 hours a day, seven days a week

Program Fees:

Accepts most major insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. Income-based sliding scale available.

English and Spanish.

Eligibility:

Serves residents of Baker, Clay, Columbia, Duval, Hamilton, Nassau, Putnam, Saint Johns, and Suwannee counties.
