Provides supportive services to older adults living in St. Johns County. Services include home-delivered meals, integrative memory enhancement programs, support for memory-care caregivers, adult day care centers specializing in assistance for those dealing with memory loss, brain trauma, Alzheimer!s Disease, or other forms of dementia, independent living services to assist seniors living in their own homes, transportation, prescription assistance, and financial assistance with energy bills for qualified low-income seniors.

Monday-Friday: 08:00 am-05:00 pm.

Serves residents of St. Johns County. Meals on Wheels for homebound or limited mobility seniors.
