Description:

Provides screening and assessments for inpatient treatment programs for adults, adolescents and children. Their services includes telephone and face-to-face assessments and referrals to other services for individuals who are not admitted to the inpatient programs.

Hours:

Inpatient services are available 24/7, including weekends and holidays, while outpatient services operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. When calling the main line, select prompt extension '2' for Emergency Services; if unanswered, the call will continue to ring until it reaches security. Inpatient admissions are accepted at all times with no screening cut-off, and individuals must present in person for evaluation. After 4:30 PM, access is available through the back of the building, as the outpatient entrance will be closed.

Intake Process:

Due to COVID-19 safety protocols are in effect; all recommended CDC safety protocols.
Clients are to call for assistance with screening for admission to impatient unit.

Languages:

English and other language interpreter service.

Assistance provided to individuals with acute behavioral health problems.
