Operates a public library branch. Provides free lending of books, audiobooks on tape and CD, videos and DVDs and recorded music on tape and CD, Internet and wireless internet access, meeting rooms, separate adult, teen and children's area, various programs for adults, teens and children offered throughout the year.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 10:00-09:00 pm, Friday and Saturday: 10:00 am-06:00 pm, Sunday: 01:00 pm-05:00 pm.

Walk in.
Program Fees:
No cost for Duval County residents. Annual fixed fee for out-of-county residents to borrow materials.

Eligibility:
No restrictions to visit. Serves residents of Duval county with a valid library card to borrow materials. Must show Photo ID and proof of address to receive card.
