Description:

This program provides short-term stabilization services to individuals age 17 or younger who are experiencing significant emotional and behavioral difficulties and require a 24-hour structured and supervised therapeutic environment. The unit services include comprehensive assessment, medication management, discharge planning, and referrals to external clinical and non-clinical supports.

Hours:

24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Intake Process:

Call for information.

Program Fees:

Accepts most insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. An income-based sliding scale available.

Languages:

English; other language interpreters available as needed.

Eligibility:

Serves Baker Act-eligible youth age three through 17 residing in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, or Saint Johns counties.
