Description:

Provides short-term stabilization services to individuals age 17 or younger who are experiencing significant emotional and/or behavioral difficulties requiring a 24-hour structured and supervised therapeutic environment.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 08:00 am-05:00 pm.

Intake Process:

Call for initial intake and screening.

Program Fees:

Accepts most insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. An income-based sliding scale is available.

Languages:

English; other language interpreters available as needed.

Eligibility:

Serves children and adolescents age three through 17 who reside in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and Saint James counties.
