Description:

Retains student records dating back to the 1918 school year and handles requests for school records. Requests generally fall into four categories: transcripts, verification of personal identifying information (birth, parentage), residence for state and federal benefits such as Social Security, inheritance and other personal interest reasons.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 07:30 am-03:30 pm.

Intake Process:

Must request records online, or by fax or in person. Email and phone requests will not be processed. Requests for transcripts after 2006 may be obtained at the last school attended; Requests for transcripts prior to 2006 may be obtained from the District Records Office.
