Serves uninsured women residing in Duval County between the ages of 50 to 64, not covered by Medicaid or Medicare, or living in a household with an income at or below a Federal Poverty Level (FPL) at or below 200%, and women older than 40, but under 50 with a personal history of breast or invasive cervical cancer.
