Provides behavioral health and substance abuse counseling to children, teens, and adults in the Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia area. Services include care coordination and case management, medication assisted treatment, comprehensive assessments, family therapy, group therapy, individual therapy, drop in centers, mental health court, drug court, an intervention program to assist with first time offense DUIs or misdemeanor drug charges, and psychosocial rehabilitation.
Hours:
Monday-Friday: 08:00 am-05:00 pm.
Intake Process:
It's recommended that clients call to make an appointment, but walk-ins are permitted and seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
Program Fees:
Accepts most major insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. An income-based sliding scale is available.
