Description:

Provides recovery services for individuals who are in recovery or experiencing active addiction. Services include recovery coaching, a teen peer support recovery program for teenagers ages 13 to 19, sober social events, and community education trainings. Also provides clients with assistance applying for Medicaid, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 08:00 am-04:30 pm.
