Provides a transitional housing facility for men and women in recovery from alcoholism and drug addictions. Provides a stable living environment where men and women can stabilize their daily activities and prepare to transition back to independent living within the community.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 09:00 am-05:00 pm.

Intake Process:

Call for information.

Program Fees:

Accepts most major insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. Income based sliding scale available.

Languages:

English and Spanish.

Eligibility:

Serves residents of Baker, Clay, Columbia, Duval, Hamilton, Nassau, Putnam, Saint Johns, and Suwannee counties.
