Description:

Provides a program that develops plans for school children who, because of illness, disability, or other difficulties, need assistance in planning and arranging for services in schools. Performs a comprehensive assessment, and then recommends and coordinates therapeutic, health, and social service supports to address identified non-academic barriers.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 08:00 am-05:00 pm.
