Description:

Provides limited financial assistance to help individuals pay back rent, mortgage, and utility payments.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 09:00 am-04:00 pm.

Intake Process:

Visit website to apply. First-time applicants will be required to present documentation in person. All applicants will be scheduled complete a phone interview, after which a determination regarding assistance will bee made in one to two business days.

None.

Eligibility:

Serves residents of 32233, 32266, 32227, 32250, 32224, 32082; Must have a documentable hardship (e.g., job loss, medical expense, death in the family, etc.) and be at least one month behind on rent/mortgage/utility. May receive one type of assistance (either rent or utility) once every 12 months. Must provide photo ID, outstanding bill(s), and proof of residence and/or proof of employment. Additional criteria may apply for some utility assistance requests.
