Description:

Child Guidance Center (CGC) is the largest provider of outpatient and community based mental health services for children and adolescents in the Jacksonville area. Our mission is to invest in our community by providing comprehensive, state-of-the-art mental health and collaborative support services to assist children and their families. We are dedicated to promoting professional growth and achieving improved treatment outcomes.

Hours:

Mon-Thu - 7:30am-7:00pm Fri - 7:30am-5:00pm

Intake Process:

Interested families should contact CGC by phone in order to access outpatient counseling, case management, medication management, and CAT services.
To access Full Service School (FSS), must make a referral through school staff
Anyone can call 904-982-4911 to access Rapid Response team 24/7

Program Fees:

Rapid response team (RRT) and Community Action team (CAT) no fees
Other programs may be covered by insurance, sliding fee scale also offered

Interpreter provided for ASL and all other languages

Eligibility:

Full Service Schools serves Sandalwood and Beaches
Community Action Team serves high risk children and young adults in Duval county
Case Managment serves children in Duval county
Rapid response team serves children and adults in Duval county
