This resource does not take direct calls from the public.
Callers must be screened for emergency financial assistance eligibility by United Way of Northeast Florida 2-1-1 staff.

**Will not assist clients with disconnect notices, or whose services are already terminated. No JEA My Way clients. No double bills. A maximum of $500 assistance provided toward a single month JEA bill**
