Provides physical and mental health outreach services to people experiencing homelessness in the Beaches areas of Jacksonville. Along with clinical services, the team also distribute clothing, blankets, food, water, and basic hygiene items. May also help transport individuals experiencing homelessness to and from Sulzbacher Center appointments as needed.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 08:30am-05:00pm, Friday: 08:30am-12:00Noon.
