Description:

Provides in-person intervention to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Program's goal is to provide expedited care, keep individuals safe, and connect them with ongoing mental health services.

Hours:

24 hours a day, seven days a week

Intake Process:

ATTN 211 SPECIALISTS:
When calling for Mobile Response Team, identify yourself to the agent with their answering service as calling from 211 with a Lifeline/Crisis call, then ask to be directly connected to the Mobile Response Team Clinician currently on call.
When Lifeline back up is making the call, once connected to the clinician on call, debrief them with what you know and ask for their work cell phone number. Provide this number to the specialist on the phone with the caller so they can facilitate a warm transfer.
