Description:

Provides free civil legal services to low-income, abused, disabled, the elderly and victims of human trafficking. Provides information about specific legal problems and procedures. They also provide basic information about family law, landlord tenant law, immigration law, consumer law, elder law, and the rights of persons with disabilities.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 08:30 am-05:00 pm.

Intake Process:

Call for an appointment.

Program Fees:

No cost for eligible persons, however, in some cases, the client must pay certain costs, such as, court costs, filing fees, sheriff's fees, publications, or dispositions.

Languages:

English and Spanish.

Eligibility:

US Citizen or legal resident (possible exceptions are victims of abuse or human trafficking). Does not offer services for criminal, traffic or personal injury cases. Also screens households for financial eligibility.
