Description:

Provides a variety of supportive services to older adults in Baker County. Offers home-delivered meals, congregate meal site, personal care, homemaking, respite care, Emergency Alert Response System (EARS), and, when needed, ongoing case management for clients.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 08:00 am-05:00 pm.

Intake Process:

Call to schedule an initial intake screening. Screenings are phone-based, and designed to survey a client's living situation to identify specific needs and an individualized support plan.

Eligibility:

Serves Baker County residents age 60 or older.
