Provides transportation assistance, minor home repairs, grocery delivery, accessing benefits access information, and referrals to a case manager. Services are provided by screened and trained volunteers.

Serves adults age 60 or older residing in 32233, 32266, 32250, 32082, 32224, and 32227. Must provide a current proof of residence with client's name as an occupant and photo ID for the person requesting assistance.
