Provides assistance to women who are pregnant, both during pregnancy and after childbirth, as well as infants up to age three by providing care coordination, case management, education and connections to other resources.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 08:00 am-05:00 pm.

Serves Florida residents who are pregnant, or have an infant under the age of three years.
