Description:

They provide a free of charge day long care for children three years old at an early learning center. They provide a two year scholarship for the children from families at 120-200 percent of Federal Poverty Guideline with parental care, preacademic skill development and active outdoor play.

All adults (18 years and above in the home must be in working at least 20 hours/week or enrolled in school full time)
Child must be three years of age on or before September first of the program year
