Description:
Provides short term crisis care, mental health counseling, skills-based group training, and transitional living services program for children, teens, young adults, and their families. Services include an outpatient behavioral health program for children ages three and older and their families, a residential crisis care program for children ages 10 to 17 who have run away or are at risk of running away, a transitional living program for adults ages 18 to 21 who may be homeless, aging out of foster care or in a variety of other situations which limit self-sufficiency, and an emergency housing program for adults ages 18 to 24 facing homelessness and needing short-term crisis support.

Mon-Fri - 8:00am to 6:00pm
