Description:

Provides rapid mobile response and mental crisis intervention for those in need of immediate mental health support. The team generally dispatches within 60 minutes of being engaged, performs an immediate health and safety check, deescalates the situation, and connects affected parties with support services. Also performs follow-up with clients about 72-hours post intervention.

Hours:

24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Intake Process:

Call to engage the team.

Program Fees:

Accepts most major forms of insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare.

Languages:

English.

Eligibility:

Serves individuals age 6 or older residing or located in Saint Johns County.
