Assists qualified seniors, aged 60 and older, living in St. Johns County with the current month or one month's past due utility bill, or with a month of rent or mortgage.

To qualify for EFSP, you must be a resident of St. Johns County, age 60 or older, and have a household income less than: $25,520 per year for a single individual, and $34,480 per year for a household of 2. Add $8,960 for each additional household member
