Description:
They help people who have been released from a correctional facility make a successful transition to community life. Their services include an assessment of the individual's needs, short-term case management, housing location assistance, job training, job placement and retention services.
Hours:
Mon-Fri - 8:30am to 4:30pm
Intake Process:
Offices are closed; not accepting new clients; but are continuing to provide services to current clients. For immediate assistant, call 904-207-1163 between 9am-2pm and they will connect you with someone who can help.
