Provides emergency home repairs, such as leaking roofs, heating and air conditioning, plumbing, water wells, and handicapped ramp construction, to low-income homeowners in Putnam County. Services offered include homeownership programs for families in need of affordable and safe housing, and for honorable discharged Veterans through the Veterans Village of Palatka program. Habitat Assist provides savings for churches and non-profits purchasing construction materials through Lowe's Home Improvement. Provides donated fans and heaters at no cost to low income, elderly people in Putnam County.
