Description:
A federally-funded program that provides nutrition education and food vouchers for pregnant women, new mothers, infants and children younger than age five who cannot afford an adequate diet. The vouchers are used for infants older than six weeks of age who have a condition which shows a need for better nutrition.
Hours:
Mon-Fri - 8:00am to 4:30pm
Intake Process:
Due to COVID-19 safety protocols are in effect; all recommended CDC safety protocols.
Clients are to call for an appointment at the local office.

Eligibility:
Assistance provided to individuals meeting the federal poverty guidelines.
Applicants who have TANF, Medicaid or SNAP benefits are automatically eligible.
Applicants must be seen by a health professional to determine if they are at nutrition risk.
