Description:

Programs offered include the Weatherization Assistance Program, the Emergency Repair Program, and the State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program. Construction services include wheelchair ramp construction and emergency home repairs, and are offered for low-income families in St. Johns County only. Services also include rental programs to provide safe and affordable housing to low income families, a first time homeowner education program, and a consumer credit and foreclosure counseling program to assist homeowners with preventing foreclosure.

Mon-Fri - 8:00am to 4:00pm

Initial interview by phone; waiting list may apply depending on scope of request.

Program Fees:

No cost if qualified; monetary donations accepted for materials, if possible.
