Mon-Fri - 8:30am to 4:00pm
Intake Process:
Call to make a reservation no later than two to three business days before.
Program Fees:
A $5.00 donation is requested per trip but no rider is turned away.
They rely on donations from individuals and sponsors to offset transportation costs.
Languages:
English.
Eligibility:
Homebound seniors aged 62 and older and disabled persons living from Mayport to Ponte Vedra Beach.
