Provides tips and resources to identify and cope with stress and burnout in a caregiving role. Services include Care To Talk, a virtual platform of discussion topics to facilitate discussion between caregivers and care recipients, which addresses life issues and long-term healthcare plans. Also included is the AARP Online Community, which is an online forum to connect with other caregivers who share personal interests in order to develop a support network for the caregiver. Additional online support can be found on AARP!s Family Caregiving Facebook Group at www.facebook.com/groups/aarpfamilycaregivers
