Description:

Provides services and programs to individuals and families who are in temporary crisis. Services include general counseling, medical services, dental services, assistance financially, emergency food and clothing.

Hours:

Mon-Thu - 8:00am to 5:00pm
Fri - 8:00am to 2:00pm

Intake Process:

Due to COVID-19 safety protocols are in effect; telehealth medical appointments.
Pre-screening at the entrance and masks are required.
Clients are required to call for an appointment for assistance.
Prospective patients are prescreened for eligibility for medical and dental services.

Program Fees:

Cost for health services based on the current federal poverty guidelines.

Languages:

English and Spanish.

Eligibility:

Financial assistance is limited to once in a 12 month period.
Clients cannot have health insurance to qualify for health services.
Assistance provided to the general public.
