They offer medical assessment , psychological assessment, vocational evaluation, planning, career counseling, training, education after high school, job assessment, supported employment and accommodations.
Hours:
Mon-Fri - 8:00am to 5:00pm
Intake Process:
Due to COVID-19 safety protocols are in effect; staff working remotely.
Clients are to call for an appointment.
Program Fees:
Some services may be at no cost.
Sliding payment scale.

Assistance provided to individuals with a significant disability that prevents that individual from working or will cause loss of employment.
