Description:

Provides behavioral health and substance abuse treatment to individuals age 18 and over living in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. Services include a no-cost mental health assessment to determine an individual's need, inpatient services for mental health, substance abuse, dual diagnosis, and group therapy, outpatient services for group therapy, and intensive outpatient therapy for women's trauma and healthcare workers. Additional programs offer treatment for senior adults and active duty military and veterans.

Hours:

24 hours a day, seven days a week

Intake Process:

Call or walk-in for no-cost mental health assessment.

Assessments are free of charge
For behavioral health treatment services, accepts Medicare, Medicaid HMOs, TriCare, most commercial plans, including HMOs and PPOs, Cash or self-payment

Assistance provided to adults age 18 and older who are experiencing a mental health or substance abuse crisis.
