Provides a range of basic medical services, including medication management, lab testing, electrocardiograms, pulmonary function testing, health education, case management and referral, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and minor injuries, preventive services and screenings, annual visits, outpatient surgery, chronic disease management, women!s health services, childhood immunizations, and physicals for work, school, and sports.

Monday-Friday: 08:00 am-05:00 pm.
