Provides advocacy, employment training, and living services for people with a variety of physical, developmental, and intellectual disabilities (Down Syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, Prader!Willi syndrome, and other mental disabilities).
Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 08:00 am-05:00 pm, Friday: 08:00 am-04:00 pm.

Program Fees:
Accepts Medicaid and Social Security Disability. Private payment plan are also available to those not enrolled in Medicaid.
Languages:
English.
Eligibility:
Serves Baker, Columbia, Hamilton, Lafayette, and Suwanee County residents registered with the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD).
