Description:

Provides comprehensive mental health, psychiatric and psychological services to youth as young as three years of age and their families on an outpatient basis. Specializations include depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral issues, substance abuse, and trauma. Treatment includes a variety of services, including individual, family and group therapy, psychiatric and psychological evaluations, and medication management.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 08:00 am-05:00 pm.

Program Fees:

Accepts most forms of insurance, including Medicaid. An income-based sliding scale is available.

Languages:

English.

Eligibility:

Serves youth ages six through eighteen residing in Clay, Duval, and Nassau counties.
