Services include a developmental screening to identify children who are not meeting the milestones appropriate for their age, and case management to assist families with access to services and support groups. Individuals concerned with the status of their child's development can visit the website to complete and submit a screening or call the warmline to speak with a case manager.

Mon-Thu - 7:00am to 4:30pm

Call for information and application for programs, or complete the Developmental Screening on the website, available in English and Spanish

Families with children from birth to age 9.
