The Early Learning Coalition of Duval (ELC of Duval) is a nonprofit organization that administers state and federally funded early learning programs, including School Readiness and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK). We help eligible families find and pay for quality child care, register their 4-year-olds for Florida's free VPK, access developmental screening for children, and connect with valuable community resources. The ELC of Duval also offers family engagement and early literacy programs to support children's growth and school readiness.

M - Th, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and F, 8 a.m. to noon
