Description:
Provides a mobile response team that perform community-based risk assessment and safety plan, followed by crisis counseling and necessary referrals to resources, for youth and young adults experiencing a mental health crisis. Also offers counseling services for treatment of depression, anxiety, family changes or transitions, grief or loss, anger, bullying, post-partum depression, trauma from abuse or neglect, family crises, domestic violence, insomnia, difficulty with communication or relationships, chronic fatigue, and gender identity.
Hours:
Mobile Response Team Hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Office: Monday-Friday: 09:00 am-05:00 pm.
Intake Process:
Call to engage crisis team or make a counseling appointment.

Eligibility:
Serves Putnam County residents. Crisis response serves youth and young adults age 25 or younger.
