Description:
Provides support, information, and guidance for Veterans who have emotional problems stemming from service-related experiences, or who have separated from the military and are experiencing difficulty adjusting to their civilian status. Services include counseling, outreach, and referral services to combat Veterans and their families.

24 hours a day, seven days a week

Eligibility:
Any Veterans and active duty Service members, to include members of the National Guard and Reserve components, who experienced any of the following:
Active duty in combat theater or certain hostile areas
Experienced military sexual trauma
Active service providing emergency medical care or mortuary services
Served as a member of an unmanned aerial vehicle crew that provided direct support to operations in a combat zone or area of hostility
Vietnam Era veterans who have accessed care at a Vet Center prior to January 1, 2004
