Description:

The team offer services designed to assist Veterans in overcoming substance and opioid addiction and mental illness through psychotherapy, education and support. Veterans can be seen by a case manager as a walk-in during normal business hours and then provided an assessment to determine the level of care.

Hours:

Mon-Fri - 8:00am to 5:00pm

Intake Process:

Veterans who served in the military and were separated under any condition other than dishonorable may qualify.
Current and former members of the Reserves or National Guard who were called to active duty by a Federal order and completed the full period of the order.
Copy of military discharge papers (DD-214 or other separation documents)
Social Security number

Eligibility:

Have served on active military duty in any combat theater or area of hostility
Provided direct emergent medical care or mortuary services, while serving on active military duty, to the casualties of war, or
Served as a member of an unmanned aerial vehicle crew that provided direct support to operations in a combat zone or area of hostility.
Vietnam Era Veterans who have accessed care at a Vet Center prior to January 1, 2004.
