Description:
Provides mobile response services to children, adolescents, and adults age 25 and younger during a mental or behavioral crisis in which they present a danger to themselves or to others. Crisis intervention is provided to reduce the chance of a child being involuntarily institutionalized, or Baker Acted, and follow up services are provided until treatment elsewhere can begin. Additional services include training for school personnel, sheriff's office, foster care staff and parents, and other support services to assist with crisis management in a child's life.
Hours:
24 hours a day, seven days a week
Intake Process:
Clients are to call for a safety assessment and examination of an individual during a crisis.
