Description:
Provides on-site crisis assessment by a licensed mental health clinician for youth and adults ages 25 and younger experiencing a mental health crisis. The Mobile Response Team provides crisis intervention and a complete risk assessment to determine if a crisis stabilization unit is needed, as well as other related recommendations. A behavioral health case manager assists with referrals and coordination to address the need for other services. Hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and can be accessed by schools, law enforcement, child serving agencies, and the general community.
