They provide information about specific legal problems and procedures that interested individuals that can access on a website, by telephone or email. They also provide basic information about family law, landlord tenant law, immigration law, consumer law, elder law and the rights of persons with disabilities. They provide free civil legal services to low-income, abused, disabled, the elderly and victims of human trafficking.

Mon-Fri - 8:30am to 5:00pm

Three Rivers does not offer services for criminal, traffic or personal injury cases.

Program Fees:

No cost for eligible persons, however, in some cases, the client must pay certain costs, such as, court costs, filing fees, sheriff's fees, publications or dispositions.

Eligibility:

US Citizen or legal resident (possible exceptions are victims of abuse or human trafficking)
Must meet Federal Poverty Guidelines for Income
Disabled, Senior Citizens, Under-Served or Abused
